The renowned “Apolo” Café near the Cathedral had been closed due to financial problems around a year ago. Former customers and fans will be able to check out the revamped Apolo in February 2022. The new owner, Roberto Silva, is investing heavily in the City. The “Villa Grill” has opened on Estrada Monumental on Dec 7 (sorry, no mention where it is). Silva intends to re-open the Hotel Musa in Ajuda (behind the Forum Madeira) in April next year.
