Specialist, Raque Duarte, from the Institute of Public Health at the University of Porto, recommends that face masks should continue to be used in enclosed spaces and at public events.
Speaking this morning at the INFARMED meeting in Lisbon, he said that, as we move towards deconfinement, we need to have greater accountability, and that it is important to control land, air and sea borders. And do this, we need to remain vigilant, and maintain individual personal protection, as this is the only way we can guarantee that leisure, cultural and commercial activities can safely go ahead.
