A new online digital travel guide has been launched by the Madeira Promotion Association (APM) and Time Out Portugal, containing unique and exclusive content designed for those who are curious about Madeira, still undecided about where to go for their holidays/short getaway, and for those who just want to get the most out of their holiday when they get here.
The guide includes the best places to eat, what to see, where to go and highlights activities such as levada walking, dolphin watching, boat trips to the Desertas or Porto Santo and visiting the Cristiano Ronaldo Museum. It’s also possible to pre-book a variety of activities and sightseeing tours through the platform, while its layout is intended to give viewers an integrated, detailed and dynamic reading experience.
This new project is part of Time Out Portugal’s ambitious strategy to highlight new cities and territories that go beyond Lisbon and Porto. While the APM sees the new digital guide as a way of promoting Madeira and Porto Santo through two multilingual platforms, which have the potential to reach a wide range of people across the globe.
