Portuguese Technology company, Talkdesk, a cloud company contact centre ended 2020 on a high note, having employed 1,400 people globally, with 500 members of staff being hired from the Portuguese territory. One third of those hired, mostly in Research and Development areas, came from locations outside the main urban centres of Lisbon and Porto, and included Faro, Évora, Castelo Branco, Viseu, Guimarães and Braga, and they are now looking to hire a further 500 people from Portugal, Madeira and the Azores.
In 2021, the Portuguese technology company intends to continue to grow and, for this purpose, it currently has 500 opportunities in different areas: Research and Development, Sales and Account Management, Project and Programme Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Financial Management and Accounting, Human Resources and IT Support.
Among the plans for 2021 of Portuguese technology company is launching its office of the future, which will act as a ‘hybrid model’ meeting point for everyone, whether they wish to work in an office environment or at home.
