Apparently the sight of cardboard houses is becoming more and more frequent, and this morning residents in Bairro do Hospital found a young man setting up home near their recycling bins.
After talking to residents, local newspaper JM learned that the appearance of people looking for a place to sleep is becoming more and more common, especially as a large percentage of the ‘cardboard box dwellers’ have been thrown out of their homes due to drug abuse.
