Most of the passengers aboard the SeaDream1, who docked in Funchal harbour this morning, decided not to disembark. Those who did leave the ship, were scheduled to do so, while the remaining passengers decided to stay on board as they had been at sea for more than 72 hours. However, they requested that they undergo PCR tests in Madeira, so that they could present their negative test results when the docked at their next port of call, which is Barbados.
The point in question is, who paid for the PCR tests?
