Eurofirms ETT, a human resources company, is recruiting for around 150 full-time jobs in Lisbon. The customer support positions will be telephone and email based and specific training will be given.
The job description asks for:-
Candidates who want to learn and have an aptitude for new technologies. Good communication skills are a must, and all candidates must be able speak English at an advanced level, as well as fluent in either Portuguese, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Polish, Russian or Turkish.
Candidates will be required to work in Lisbon for eight hours a day from Monday to Sunday on a shift system, and will have two days off a week, again on a shift rotation basis. However, for the first couple of weeks, new employees will be required to telework from home until office workers are allowed to return to work under new Covid-19 rules.
