On the 5th of September, the Municipality of Ribeira Brava and the local Parish Council will be holding their II Regional Yoga meeting in the Ribeira Brava Municipality gardens.
This initiative aims to promote both physical and mental relaxation, balance and awareness.
For those interested the programme is as follows:-
Saturday, 5th of September
08H30 – Meeting point, Ribeira Brava City Hall Garden.
09H00 – Yoga and Meditation Class by Gilberta Faria
10H30 – Coffee Break
11H00 – Kirtan directed by Ângela Borin Dantas
12H30 – Vegan lunch made by Maria João de Jesus
14H30 – Musical meeting under the responsibility of Afra Carísia, Jorge Paulos and Nicolau Viana
