Despite the rain, the President of Portugal ended his stay on Porto Santo with a swim in the sea. Later, while talking to journalists he said that he plans to return to the island next February, and regardless of the electoral results, and whether he is re-elected President or not, he will return to the island to experience for himself the ‘transport problems.’
