In the Madeiran plenary, the entry into the 'Order of the Day' was made through a draft resolution, authored by the Socialist Party (PS), entitled 'Creation of an emergency telephone number for stray animals,' namely to provide a free telephone number where citizens can report animals found injured on public roads.
