On Wednesday afternoon, the CDU organised an electoral campaign initiative in the Jardins de Santa Luzia, in Funchal, where the candidate for the next Legislative Elections, SĂlvia Vasconcelos, presented proposals on the fulfillment of the State's duties regarding animal welfare.
