IASAĂšDE, IP-RAM reminds you that reimbursement is accessible throughout the Autonomous Region of Madeira and can be requested at the User Support Desk, located on the premises of this Institute, or at one of the reimbursement points located in the different municipalities of the Region, within a maximum period of 6 months from the date of purchase of the supplements. For this purpose, the beneficiaries must present the following documents: medical prescription or treatment guide, statement from the attending physician attesting to the pregnancy or the need for the supplement, invoice/receipt for the purchase of the supplement, document issued by the Health Center where the beneficiary is registered, copy of the citizen card, document with the beneficiary's bank identification number (NIB).
