The Town Hall of Funchal re-opens tomorrow, the 26th of June, with a concert by Triola at 7 pm as part of councils ‘Music at the Museums’ project. The concert will be broadcast on the Museu Cidade do Açúcar Facebook page.
Triola, are renowned for their musical arrangements and adaptations whose rhythmic repertoire covers whimsical pieces and other remastered works, where they blend harmonies with their rich gypsy jazz stylistics. The group comprises of Duarte Salgado on percussion, Rodolfo Cró on electric guitar and Slobodan Sarcevic on Accordion.
The next event will take place on the 31st of July, where Madeira Jazz Collective, will perform at the Museu Henrique and Francisco Franco.
