Images shared on social media, captured at Cais da Sardinha, are sparking heated debate and quickly going viral. In the videos and photos obtained by JM, several nude women can be seen being filmed and photographed.
From what can be gathered, it appears to be an amateur production with no signs of a formal professional setup. Around 10 women could be seen taking part, surrounded by photographers and assistants.
A PSP source explained that, in principle, this could be considered a semi-public crime and can only be formalised if a complaint is filed. However, the situation might play out differently if filming permission has been granted.
Another important factor is whether third parties were present at the location. If the images were taken in a public space with people around, especially minors, it could potentially be considered a crime of indecent assault.
According to the analysed images, part of the filming will have taken place in a more sheltered area of the Sardinha pier, apparently away from the gaze of passers-by.
