The Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) has extended the yellow warning, issued yesterday, for the south coast of Madeira, due to the “persistence of high values of the maximum temperature.”
The yellow warning will now remain in effect from Monday until 18:00 on Thursday.
