CMF Want to Improve Access to Public Spaces

The Funchal City Council (CMF) is expected to present its ‘2026 Strategic Plan for the Accessibility and Quality of Public Space,’ a project of the Strategic Planning Division of the Department of Planning and Planning that aims to promote and create quality public spaces.

This plan will be developed in collaboration with MPT, a company dedicated to planning and managing mobility, with extensive experience in projects throughout the country. It will be led by a multidisciplinary team that integrates knowledge from various areas to promote a more qualified and humanised urban environment.
