The Social Mobility Allowance (SSM) platform is temporarily down for maintenance, according to the relevant authorities. This downtime is already causing numerous complaints from both operators and users. This is expected to last for the next couple of days, but as yet, no operational date has been confirmed.
The situation comes at a time when there have been difficulties in accessing the system by users applying for travel reimbursement.
The responsible entities regret the inconvenience caused, noting that the intervention aims to ensure improvements in the functioning of the platform.
