The Government has decided to suspend the requirement of a regularised contributory situation to access the social mobility allowance until the end of January and to evaluate the measure with the executives of the Azores and Madeira.
In a joint statement, the Ministries of State and Finance and Infrastructure and Housing announced that the’ no tax debt’ requirement has been suspended until the 31st of January to allow the mainland government time to discuss the situation with the Regional Governments regarding the application of the new measure.
