Two earthquakes were recorded yesterday, Saturday the 6th. Both were located to the north of the region.
The first earthquake was recorded at 09:43, northeast of Porto Moniz, with a magnitude of 1.7 on the Richter scale. The second occurred at 11:05 am, northeast of São Vicente, registering 1.6.
