A cyclist was filmed this afternoon, circulating on the highway in the Câmara de Lobos area, towards Funchal, causing surprise among motorists.
Eyewitnesses say the sudden appearance of the cyclist forced drivers to brake suddenly and swerve to avoid running into him.
