As confirmed last night, 31-year-old Polish tourist Igor Holewiński, who had been missing in Madeira for a week, was found dead yesterday afternoon.
A JM source reported that the man’s body was discovered by a Madeiran guide who was assisting the search efforts alongside a private rescue team hired by his friends and family.
Igor’s body was found in the Ribeira Grande area, in Faias, in Santana.
