On the 7th of November, Blandy’s Wine is hosting a special pre-Christmas event. The wine tasting evening will take place between 18:00 and 21:00 at their Loja do Vinho, in Funchal.
In a press statement, the company says:
This event brings together wines of excellence from several countries, with a special focus on the best that Portugal has to offer. In a casual but welcoming atmosphere, discover selected wines and novelties from wine regions around the world. Still, it is to the winemaking richness of Portugal that we dedicate our greatest gift: from the green wines of Minho to the intense wines of the Douro, passing through the elegant whites of Bairrada and Dão, the iconic wines of the Alentejo, and ending with our Madeira wines – each bottle tells a story every sip reveals centuries of tradition.
More than an event, this is a cause as we are supporting: Pink October for breast cancer prevention and Blue November for prostate cancer awareness. By toasting with us, you are also making a difference!
