Circus of Magic – Rediscovering Christmas

Between the 5th of December and the 11th of January, Circo Mundial will bring joy to Madeirans with their Christmas season’s entertainment, including ‘The Magic of Christmas.’ The circus will be set up at Pier 8 in Funchal, a perfect spot for family fun, as Luna Park will also be there from the 28th of  November, offering a variety of amusements for both children and adults.

According to a publication by the World Circus on social networks, the tradition of the Circus meets the true Christmas spirit, on the enchanted island of Madeira.

“During our stay, everyone who joins will embark on a magical adventure that starts even before stepping into the tent. Enter through our Magic Tunnel, which leads straight to the heart of a unique story,” shared a company spokesman. The main show tells a tale of the Magic of Christmas being accidentally turned off.

The press note states that the Christmas adventure is led by a “charismatic presenter and Guardian of the Magic Island of Christmas along with incredible artists who transform everything into magic accompanied by a giant LED screen in the background that will amaze with its stunning scenery projection, with the show culminating in the purest message of Christmas: “The real magic lies not in the gifts, but in the love and joy we share.”

Tickets will go on sale online soon, states Circo Mundial, inviting Madeirans and visitors to “rediscover ‘The Magic of Christmas.’
