It may have only been the 1st of October yesterday, but Christmas is already making its presence known in Funchal, with Christmas lights being installed in various parts of the city, including Rua João de Deus.
Festive preparations seem to be further than in previous years, promising, as usual, to transform the Madeiran capital into a celebrated Christmas attraction.
