A man suspected of being responsible for a fire that occurred this afternoon, in the Pedregal area of Ponta do Pargo, was detained by the PSP, with the support of the Forest Police.
As JM reported, the fire was brought under control by three firefighting units, and the intervention of the Regional Civil Protection Service helicopter team.
