A young tourist, in his 20s, threatened a Public Security Police officer in Monte.
According to DIÁRIO, the situation occurred yesterday afternoon when the officer was placing no-entry barriers on the road. The police officer asked the driver to wait as he was putting up the barrier, but the young German got out of his car and threatened the agent with a knife. Furthermore, the German tourist shoved the barrier so that it hit the policeman.
The individual was arrested and escorted to the Public Security Police Station.
