A Belgian tourist went missing in the parish of Curral das Freiras yesterday.
However, JM confirmed with the President of the Regional Civil Protection Service, Richard Marques, that the man was successfully found uninjured at 21:12.
Five operatives and two vehicles from the Câmara de Lobos Volunteer Firefighters were involved in the rescue mission and found the man within half an hour.
