SIGA Addresses Mobility Issues

The SIGA network has just under half of the fleet prepared to transport citizens with reduced mobility. Of the 371 existing buses, 168 are adapted for special services. 85% are operated by Horários dos Funchal, leaving the rest of the island without an adequate reduced mobility network.

The Government guarantees that it is aware of this fact. Filipe Rebelo proposes a specific pass and more affordable alternatives.
