A man was filmed on the São Vicente Expressway, while travelling through the Água de Alto tunnel, towards Porto Moniz- São Vicente, hanging out of the passenger car window, filming the landscape on his mobile.
The situation did not go unnoticed by other motorists, who criticised the “risky behaviour.”
Please note, this type of foolish behaviour is deemed a serious administrative offence.
