A US military plane – Beechcraft C-12 Huron landed at Madeira International Airport at 13:15 this afternoon.
The US Army priority flight arrived from Faro after taking a detour around the island before landing.
There were three people on board, and as yet no details have been released about the visit.
Could it be, that President Trump after being thwarted over buying Greenland has turned his attention to a mini-satellite in the South Atlantic?
