A high-speed motorcycle chase involving the Public Security Police surprised a party of people at 04:00 at the Cancela Industrial Park.
One witness told reporters the motorcycle was going so fast that it almost ran several people over. Another said they had to sprint out of the way otherwise they would have been hit by the motorcyclist.
As yet there are no further reports of the incident.
