Travel agencies were informed this afternoon that the Porto Santo Line (PSL) will reintroduce, as of February 2025, fees on all ticket changes. Up until now, ticket changes have been free of charge.
A five-euro fee will be charged on all tickets changed within 24 hours of the original departure date. For vehicles, all changes made in less than 48 hours before departure a 10 euro fee will be charged on categories A, E, and F (with or without a package), and 10 percent of the value of the fare will be applied to all vehicles registered B, C, D, H and I.
These changes, stated a spokesperson for the Porto Santo Line are a way to improve efficiency and manage capacity.”
