Ernesto Pestana, a man who in May 2023, shot his partner dead, in Meia Légua, located in the municipality of Ribeira Brava, has been sentenced to 19 years imprisonment.
Ernesto Pestana’s daughter, still a minor, could not contain her tears, and had to be calmed down by friends and family.
For those who don’t remember the case, Ernesto shot his partner in the head while she was in bed. He justified his actions by saying that they were arguing a lot and drinking heavily.
