The Judiciary Police (PJ), through the Criminal Investigation Department of Madeira of the Judiciary Police, identified and located a commercial company indicted for the import, export, and distribution of prohibited substances.
According to the PJ, a search was carried out at the premises in the Industrial Free Trade Zone of Madeira, in Caniçal, which culminated in the seizure of about 150 thousand packages of synthetic anabolic steroids (injectable and oral) and the arrest of a woman and a man, workers of the company, suspected of the crime of trafficking in prohibited substances.
Refrigeration equipment, an industrial scale, other precision implements, material suitable for packaging and sending orders, computer devices, and various documentation were also seized.
