The Funchal City Council (CMF) has announced that it will proceed with the expansion and relocation of the Kiss & Ride space, located on Avenida Arriaga, next to the Loja do Cidadão (Citizen’s Shop).
As highlighted in a note sent to the newsroom, this amendment aims to “improve accessibility, especially for people with reduced mobility.”
“At the same time, the number of spaces reserved for motorcycles will be increased on Rua Ivens, next to the Municipal Garden, thus creating further parking areas for this type of vehicle within the city.”
