The Conservatory – Professional School of the Arts of Madeira, in partnership with the Military Band of Madeira, will host a ‘Spring Concert’ whose funds will be donated to the Regional Delegation of the Portuguese League Against Cancer.
This concert will see the joining of two orchestras:- the Conservatory and the Madeira Military Band, with the concert being conducted by three conductors: Lino Fernandes (from the Wind Orchestra of the Free Arts Courses of the Conservatory), Jorge Garcia (from the Wind Orchestra of the Conservatory’s Specialised Education) and Luís Afonso (from the Madeira Military Band).
This solidarity concert will take place on Wednesday, the 27th of March, at 16:30 at the Madeira Congress Centre.
Tickets cost €10 and are available from the Conservatorio.
