Lisbon’s Humberto Delgado Airport is the 4th worst in the world, according to the ranking of the passenger advocacy organisation AirHelp.
The Lisbon unit is in 191st place on a list of 195 airports.
The ranking is based on three factors: punctuality, user opinion, and catering service.
The best Portuguese airport was Porto, with 7.52 points (91st best in the world). In second place was Faro Airport, followed by Madeira Airport, in 148th place.
