Figures released by the Regional Directorate of Statistics show that the number of bankruptcies and insolvencies the Directorate General of Justice Policy (DGPJ) has processed has increased.
In the last quarter of 2022, fifty-five bankruptcy/Insolvency cases were filed. In the first quarter of this year, that number has risen to sixty-six, a 20% increase.
Unfortunately, the article didn’t specify which business types were the most affected.
