When interviewed by local newspaper, JM, several travel agents admitted to not wanting to work with low-cost airlines.
They criticised the “very poor quality” of services in response to flight cancellations and consequent rescheduling difficulties, as well as the lack of proper documentation for refund purposes, particularly when the flight is booked with Ryanair.
Moreover, they confirmed that they advise their customers against using low-cost airlines.
