A cartoon broadcast by RTP during a commercial break has generated a wave of indignation among the Public Security Police.
The cartoon shows a police officer firing at several targets. The camera pans across the targets all showing different colours to highlight different races, however, when the camera pans onto the darker target the number of bullet holes are significantly more.
The PSP has stated that it will move forward with criminal proceedings for incitement to racism and violence.
