Reacting to complaints from passengers that the fleet of vehicles operated by the company are old, antiquated, and no longer provides a comfortable or user-friendly service, bus company, Rodoeste, is on track to buy 70 new buses that will come into operation in 2024.
Speaking to journalists, a spokesperson for the company explained that their fleet renewal programme was on hold due to problems regarding the concession of the service.
