EasyJet’s Lack of Customer Care

Yesterday was not an easy day for the EasyJet passengers who boarded a Porto flight bound for Funchal, which was supposed to depart at midday, as they were left sitting on the aircraft for an hour and a half.

According to one passenger, the first excuse was that a bird had struck the aircraft’s engine. The second was that the pilot had already exceeded his flight hours.

Two and a half hours later, the passengers were asked to disembark and return to the gate, where they remained until they boarded again at 16:30.

Many later expressed their outrage at the way they had been treated, stating that families, pregnant women, children, and the elderly were forced to either sit on the aircraft or stand in the departure lounge.
