Although news is very sketchy, a woman was shot dead last night. The incident happened in Meia Légua in the municipality of Ribeira Brava.
The Volunteer Firefighters of Ribeira Brava and Ponta do Sol were called to the scene at 21:20, but the woman was already dead when they arrived. The Public Security Police also attended the scene.
