Traders across Madeira have slammed the new Zero VAT regime, stating that it will lead to negligible savings and not help those who need it.
Furthermore, a majority of traders state they have no idea what is going on, and that the new VAT rulings are nothing more than a smoke screen, while warning, that small businesses will die unless they receive real help.
