The Volunteer Firefighters of Porto Santo were called out this morning to help a young continental woman, on vacation in Porto Santo, who was found in an alcoholic coma.
The 21-year-old, after being initially assessed and treated, was then quickly transported to the A & E department at the Porto Santo health centre, where she received treatment.
This was not the only case of the day, as the Volunteer Firefighters were also called out at dawn this morning to assist in another alcoholic based incident.
