Gonçalo Henriques, the entrepreneur responsible for the Prima Caju hotel, announced that two new city hotel projects are underway in two of the capitals emblematic buildings. However, he did not want to say where they were or when he expected them to open.
When asked about the occupation rate of the Caju, he stated that it is currently over 80 percent and that forecasts for the summer point to a 95 percent occupancy rate.
The Prima Caju is part of the Divine Hotels Group (The Vine), has 24 rooms/suites,, and whose interior was designed by Nini Andrade. It also has an exciting healthy menu.
