Whether by accident or design, a Ryanair’s pilot attempt to cut corners and save a bit of time backfired.
The pilot, who instead of going to the end of the runway and turning, decided to turn just before the piano keys, thus attempting a short runway take off. The pilot was soon advised of his error by the control tower, and told to perform an authorised and international approved pre-take off turnaround.
