Approximately eighty-five organisations took part in the Portuguese Psychologists Association, ‘Healthy Workplaces Awards 2022,’ and the Fundação Cecília Zino was awarded third place in the ‘micro and small business category’ (organisations with up to 49 employees).
During the presentation, the Minister for Health, Marta Temido reiterated that “enjoying a healthy and safe work environment is a fundamental right of any professional, and that investing in the health of the workforce, is an indispensable prerequisite for the social and economic development of the country, given that it fosters a healthy, satisfied, creative, motivated, productive ‘work force,’ open to innovation and entrepreneurship.”
The Fundação Cecília Zino was represented by Michael Zino, chairman of the Board of Directors; João Sá Mota, vice-chairman of the Board of Directors and chairman of the Executive Board; and Letícia Oliveira, psychologist.
