Plague of Rats Affects Paul do Mar

A plague of rats has led the Parish Council of Paul do Mar to launch an ‘anti rodent campaign.’

To combat the problem, the the Mayor of Paul do Mar, Paulo Rodrigues, has announced that rodenticide and traps can be obtained by all farmers and villagers who live near abandoned land. Registration began today, and it is hoped that through the aid of farmers and villagers they will be able to distribute 230 kilos of rodenticide.

According to the Mayor, registration is simple, and it is enough for people to indicate their name, address and contact details.

Please ensure that your domestic animals are kept inside at this time.
