While on the mainland there is a strong expectation that fuel prices will fall sharply next week, it will not be the case in Madeira, as fuel prices are expected to increase by at least 10.7 cents per litre.
According to information released today by the Regional Directorate of Economy and Land Transport, as of Monday the 21st of March, a litre of 95-petrol will cost another 10.7 cents (1.956 litre), while a litre of diesel will go up by 16.8 cents (1.854 litre).
